Management and Effective Resolution of Service/Labour Disputes in Civil Service

The study reviews the key reasons of labour disputes in public service, the potential means for their resolution, how employees of different rank view existing procedures, and the introduction of additional or new tools for the efficient and cheap resolution of disputes at an early stage.

The study was prepared by the New Vision University as part of the CSO grants contest carried out by UNDP within the framework of its project “Supporting Public Administration Reform in Georgia” funded by UK aid from the UK Government.
