The present assessment examines capacities of the national early warning systems in Georgia using the UNISDR checklist (UNISDR, 2006).

The assessment has been commissioned by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Georgia and carried out by independent experts – Veronica Grasso and Nino Kheladze.
