This report studies the local livelihoods of the Tush Shepherds who traditionally employ the territory of the Vashlovani Protected Areas for winter pastures. The report gathers and closely examines attitudes of the holders and users of the livestock farms and winter pastures within and adjacent to the Protected Areas, population from the nearby villages, heads of municipalities and rangers. Some of the topics of inquiry include: forms of ownerships, satisfaction with the veterinary services, economic indicators and many other.
