The publication provides information about the procedure and practice of a thematic committee inquiry. It is designed for the members of Parliamentary committees and permanent councils, staff members, representatives of executive agencies, academic institutions, CSOs and citizens, who are interested in participation in the Parliament’s work.  

The guide is prepared on the initiative of the Parliament of Georgia, by the Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD) with the support from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Government of Sweden.
