This report combines summaries of two studies: “Implementation of the Rights of IDP Women with Disabilities” and “Legislation Analysis in the Context of the Rights of Women with Disabilities.” First research examines challenges that Internally Displaced women (girls) with disabilities face, including lack of adequate living conditions, problems in health care, education and employment. Second research analyzes the national legislation in terms of the protection of the rights (employment, education, health, family relations, child adoption procedures) of women (girls) with disabilities.
