The Arbitration Guides for the first instance and appeal courts are based on the Georgian Law on Arbitration and provide the first instance and appeal court judges with a simple and easy to follow manual on the arbitration cases that may fall under their jurisdiction. 

The Guides have been prepared by the Arbitration Initiative Georgia (AIG) with the support from the European Union and UNDP.
